Rendam Bihun Faiza dalam air biasa selama 10 minit dan toskan. Kalau nak warna hijau, rendam dalam air yang dicampur dengan pewarna hijau saya guna jenama Star Brand. Saya buat 2 versi, 1 Original, 1 lagi warna hijau. Saya tos selama 30 minit. 2. Bentukkan bulat-bulat dengan tangan dan susun dalam pengukus yang dilapik dengan kain. Saya tak lapik dengan kain sebab pengukus saya mempunyai lubang yang kecil. Nak letak dalam loyang pun boleh. 3. Sambil-sambil tu, boleh panaskan periuk kukusan yang telah diletak daun pandan sehingga air mendidih. Kukus kelapa parut sekejap, lebih kurang 3 minit. Angkat dan masukkan secubit garam. Kacau rata. The strands of rice noodles werenât long enough and they are too short and choppy. My mom got me this from Indonesia when she visited lucky me. But you can also get this from Amazon. The one I have is actually a bit hard to work with, but not too bad. Pressing the dough out through those tiny holes isnât as easy as it seems ha..ha⌠Well, the dough is actually soft enough that I donât have to exert too much pressure. Letâs talk ingredientsYou only need 4 ingredients to make the dough. 1. Rice flour I use this rice flour, which is the one Iâve been using for any recipes that call for rice flour on this blog.
